Customs Licenses

For performing customs declarations, active or passive refinement or storing goods in a bonded warehouse facility, this always involves customs licenses. SILS has several kinds of customs permits, amongst others for making customs declarations (import, export, transit and T5), for acting as a customs broker, for the storage in a bonded warehouse facility and for acting as a fiscal representative.

Besides our own licenses, SILS Customs is also managing licenses of various importers and exporters. In this case SILS Customs is the single point of contact for the customs authorities and operates the (customs) administration and manages the customs declarations. Examples of licenses that we manage is active refinement, passive refinement and processing under customs controll.
