For International transport by road: The Convention on the Contract for the International carriage of goods by Road (CMR), as also the A.V.C. 2002 as mentioned above at pos. 1.
For storage of goods, physical distribution of goods etc. the: “Logistic Service Conditions”, deposited by Transport en Logistiek Nederland, at the Registry of the District Courts at the Amsterdam and Rotterdam, latest version.
For the forwarding services the: “Nederlandse Expeditie voorwaarden”’ (Dutch Forwarding Conditions), deposited by the FENEX at the Registry of the District Courts at Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam, latest edition.
For electronic exchange of messages between computers (EDI) “De Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002” (AVC 2002), (General Conditions of Transport 2002), deposited at the Registry of the District Courts at Amsterdam and Rotterdam, latest edition.
A copy of the terms and conditions and a copy of the revered terms and conditions will be sending to his or her first request.
Despite the conditions applicable to this agreement the principal shall continuously indemnify Strong In Logistic Services- as well as on first request from Strong In Logistic Services provide security – for all claims of third parties connected with any order given to Strong In Logistic Services, including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable.
