We are looking for a colleague who brings several years of work experience. The latter does not necessarily have to be within the logistics industry. You will work in a small team, and you know exactly what our customers want. Anticipating the circumstances, even before our customers do so themselves? It’s in your genes. If you bring the necessary experience with you, after a short training period you will be fully independently responsible for the structured and efficient management of one or more of our Key Accounts.

Your activities include:

  • Maintaining contact with (foreign) customers regarding logistics orders and order statuses.
  • Handling or managing the order process, including invoicing.
  • Taking care of the warehouse planning.
  • Liaising with carriers and monitoring shipments.
  • You daily maintain direct contact with colleagues in the warehouse regarding the processing of orders.
  • Monitoring transports and identifying bottlenecks.

In the first place you are enthusiastic and a personality with a drive. With your MBO+ qualification you are ready for a new working environment. Some knowledge of logistics processes is of course an advantage, but it is certainly not a condition. You always want to do your work as well as possible. You always think in the interests of the customer. This means you are flexible and service-oriented and can withstand a healthy dose of stress. You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Not only in Dutch, but also in English. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage. You are analytically strong.

The salary range is between € 1950 – € 2700, depending on your demonstrable work experience.
