Dashcammagazijn started in 2013 as a specialized webshop for affordable cameras (actioncams) and accessories. With its assortment, Dashcammagazijn focuses on a good price/quality ratio and an excellent service. This is partly reflected by personal advice, good communication with customers and of course a perfect delivery.

We currently do the logistics of our webshops ourselves. Due to our growth we will however need to outsource the fulfillment of the webshops. Can SILS take care for the storage and handling of our webshops? And could SILS also take care of our Customer Service activities? Our customers are not only located in the Netherlands but also in Belgium. We may want to expand this in the future to other countries in Europe.

DSC_1312Value Added Logistics. Specialism. Commitment. Optimization. SILS has developed a specialized activity for the storage and handling of weshops: Waremouse. After a detailed analysis of the stock we made a plan for the optimal layout of the stock locations. Since these are valuable and theft-sensitive goods, the inventory of Dashcammagazijn is naturally stored in our secured cage.

The orders are entered into our Warehouse Management System automatically, directly from the websites. Orders until 21:00 will be picked and shipped by Waremouse the same evening. Of course we communicate the Track & Trace numbers. If required, Waremouse is managing the Customer Service activities , both by telephone and email. Dashcammagazijn fully focuses on marketing and optimizing the webshops, SILS (Waremouse) is taking care of the logistis.
